Refund & Cancellation Policy
At StateLine Waste Solutions, we strive to provide reliable and professional roll-off dumpster rental services. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:
Cancellations Before Delivery
- Orders canceled more than 48 hours before scheduled delivery: No cancellation fee; full refund issued.
- Orders canceled within 48 hours of scheduled delivery: $75 cancellation fee applies.
Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery cannot be completed due to blocked access, insufficient clearance, or unsafe conditions, a $100 fee will be charged. Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space and access for the dumpster.
Overfilled Dumpsters
- Dumpsters loaded above the fill line may incur an additional handling fee and require the customer to remove excess material before removal.
Weight Limit Overages
- Rentals include a set tonnage limit. Loads exceeding this limit will be charged at $95 per additional ton (per current landfill rate).
Equipment Damage
- Any damage to dumpsters or related equipment during the rental period will result in repair or replacement charges billed to the customer.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
